7 habits for highly effective parents
Effective parents are physically and emotionally present. There is no amount of toys, or video games, friends or babysitters that can replace the parent-shaped-void in a child’s heart.
Effective parents know and speak their children’s love languages. The 5 Love Languages are quality time, physical touch, words, gifts, acts of service
Effective parents discipline their children. The word “discipline” and the word “disciple” (which means “to be a student”, or “a learner”) are part of the same semantic family. To teach your child for everyday life
Effective parents instill healthy family rhythms. Set the pace and create those spaces where the family can enjoy the things that truly matter. Children need structure in their lives
Effective parents know when to say NO. You can’t always get what you want
Effective parents know when to say Sorry. Effective parents are not the perfect parents
Effective parents keep their marriage strong. There is a strong correlation between a healthy marriage and a healthy child

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO ATTEND THE FUNCTION?
My first pregnancy was very young it one of those high school pregnancy. Need more education on pregnancy now because am fully aware of what's going that I am becoming a mom and have learn on my own now
Its our first baby and due to covid no classes are being held therefore when i saw this function add i was happy and felt less stressed. The idea of not knowing what to do is very scary and stressful
Based on the great feedback from previous sessions.
We are also first time parents, so figured it will be informative.
I want to learn everything I can about my 1st born baby and how to take care of him and myself.
Due to the lockdown period re Covid19, I am battling to find prenatal classes to attend. First time mom at age 41.....its been quite a struggle to conceive, hence I want to make sure that I am well-educated and prepared fir my bundle of joy which I have been hoping and praying for for many years 😊
The more info I can get, the better prepared I feel to give my baby the best birth possible.
I wanted to know more about breastfeeding
